Responsible or all operations for 80 unit multi family apartment complex, from initial tenant screening and lease signing - right through to final walk through at move out, and everything in between. Rent collection, maintenance issues, credit reports, resident relations, and collection/eviction when necessary.

Self employed accountant for variety of small businesses - restaurants, painter, doctor, etc. Handled all facets of monthly accounting - cash receipts, bank reconciliations, payroll/quarterly reports, sales tax, preparation of financial statements via Quickbooks. Also tax preparation of (mostly personal, some business) income tax returns during tax season.

Almost 15 years bookkeeping and accounting work in a variety of businesses that provided a whole host of training over the years, prior to starting my own accounting business in 1994.
