  • Responsibilities include managing the Gelmart owned Lively account from conception (2017) to the acquisition (2019) by Wacoal by implementing processes, factory capacity, TNA’s, as well as all production/costing
  • Currently working with Wacoal’s team and collaborating directly with of all Wacoal’s planning team, finance, and design and following new rules where necessary and agreed on

  • Took over the Walmart account in 2021 with one direct report and streamlined communication, TNA adherence, Vendor strategy (moving 40%out of China, 20% out of India to our 2 owned factories in Philippines and 3 sourced factories in Bangladesh) driving our margins up by 10-20 points
  • Saved the company any Air Freight cost in 2022 by researching Walmart’s inventory in wrhs vs demand planner/account manager request for air

  • Partner with VP of Design and Merchandising during Line Strategy on all new product introductions and follow thru in the development stages to insure product meets the financial goals of the organization by pre-costing and suggest changes to be made if determined necessary before cost packages are sent overseas
  • Identify sourcing and development opportunities through international travel two to three times per year to build stronger relationships with global partners for new products as well as existing products and issues to be resolved
  • Cost negotiations with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and determine best placement options while evaluating risks and rewards
  • Pre-costed garments before being sent to factories to have a base to negotiate from
  • Involved in all meetings, both domestic and international, with all key fabric/trim suppliers for research and development of product voids, opportunities, trends, and technology
  • Ensure timely turnovers of all development stages in the seasonal calendars and take corrective actions to accelerate late development issues to prevent delays
