Most recently, at the yearly General Manager conference I was on stage to accept an award for the most improved guest overall satisfaction. Our restaurant increased 15% over the prior year. I felt so honored to be on that stage representing our restaurant, knowing that we did better than 70 Benihana restaurants,27 RA Sushi Restaurants, and 6 Haru Restaurants. For two consecutive years we were leading, not just our region, but the entire company in guest satisfaction.
When with Denali Foods, I had achieved the status of being in the Denali's Champions Club for two and a half years. To be eligible, for this ,your restaurant must achieve the goals the company has set in several categories: Customer Relations staffing, sales and Profit. We remained in the top 5 restaurants in a company of thirteen for two and a half years. We also led the region for 2009 and 2010 in customer satisfaction surveys.
