• As unit supervisor daily duties consisted of visual security checks/rounds of approximately 8 females home-based rehabilitation facility which housed former recovering addicts. Also required; unit supervisors during shift to monitor and view screen with visual headcount and hourly manually log information with designated time and location.
• Observed various movement including positive/negative behavior.

Responsible for observing as direct supervision approximately residents/clients in a structured facility. Assurance each resident scheduled appointments/ passes are met based on approval, such as work assignments, doctor visits. Each approved pass must be authorized prior to departure and arrivals.

• Enforce rules, regulations/procedures, visually and tactfully detect contraband upon shift. Submit conduct and incidents reports to appropriate shift Captains and/or Lieutenants. Monitor over74 offenders to control negative behavior to prevent additional criminal defenses within an institution. Continually monitor dormitories and housing, reassign daily chores and monitor phone calls. Attend annual trainings and maintain appropriate certifications for (first aid, unarmed self-defense and physical force).

Assist parent(s) and guardian(s) in completing enrollment eligibility for funding provided by Mahoning County Jobs and Family Services, Title XX Daycare and U.S. Department of Education Food Program and other funded programs. Attend annual training to receive funding for low-income families. Prepare for monthly billings for reimbursement and unannounced and announced local State and Federal guidelines. With no findings for reimbursements. Developed optimal reporting software and developed spreadsheet for reporting systems for data summaries.
