During my time in the United States Navy, I performed clerical and administrative duties while serving at the Naval Station Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) during my shore duty. Duties included but were not limited to; Ordering, receiving, and maintaining adequate office supplies, managing multiple line phone systems and handling numerous incoming calls simultaneously, scheduling appointment, managing calendars and maintaining conference rooms, giving accurate and detailed information to visitors and callers, performing clerical duties such as scanning, photocopying and collating, keeping reception area clean and organized, greeting guests courteously and professionally, monitoring visitors' access and issuing passes, and providing exceptional service to clients and coworkers.
