Biggest accomplishment so far is overcoming numerous challenges including two freezes and reaching 75% of core company metrics at all sites when I came onboard. This was attributed to complete restaffing of all Texas and Chicago communities and completed 254-unit, 1 phase new construction lease up ahead of schedule., while increasing average rents by $250, increasing renewal rates by 8%, increasing NOI budget by 7.8% versus 2020 budget and maintaining average occupancy of 95% during a pandemic. Also, I handled all the winter storm damages personally and insurance filing/documentation. I drafted a winter preparation guide for the teams to use after the 2020 freeze after our experience at Nalle Woods. I was onsite during the entire time the site had no water, numerous sprinkler and water line breaks and ensured quality control.
