I am an experienced educator with a passion and dedication for teaching young children. I possess a strong commitment to the education profession. Over the past 30 years, my experience has shaped my belief that young children construct knowledge through active learning, exploration, and interaction with each other in safe, engaging environments. As an educational leader, I am skilled in creating authentic experiences to enrich the learning environment for students. My focus is to provide resources and support in the areas of developmentally appropriate practices, empathy education, arts-integration, diverse learning needs, and curriculum development with the intention to positively affect a greater number of students.
