I have been a full time volunteer Administrator for a foster based dog rescue for just over 6 years.
I am a lead administrator, with 5 other volunteers who I communicate with and direct for posting our dogs available and sending applications to our fosters.
I communicate regularly with multiple other administrators and volunteer teams.
I facilitate the voicemail system, screening messages and either returning calls or being sure the proper admin gets the messages.
I enter and maintain multiple aspects of a spreadsheet in Google Sheets. We track applications, available dogs, fosters and adoptions in this spreadsheet.
I process all adoptions in our tracking software system. Create the transaction link, email the link within an email to the foster, verify payment of the link, and complete the transaction in our software system.
