Sales person of the year 2002 & 2003

In 2002 I opened a model home in Palm Coast, Fl.  My team could only sell 7 homes per week, because the builder, built his own trusses in Sanford, Fl and that was the limit that was put on us. 

Every week, I made sure the sells quota was met, until I left in 2005 and went to a custom builder. Very satisfying work.  Enjoyed helping people/families get into a new home home.
