Package Handler
As a Package Handler at FedEx, I was responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely movement of packages through the shipping network. My duties include loading and unloading delivery trucks, sorting packages by size, destination, or delivery route, and scanning labels to track each item within the system. This role requires working efficiently in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment, often involving lifting packages that may weigh up to 75 pounds. I consistently follow safety procedures to prevent injury and ensure the secure handling of all items. The job demands strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Working various shifts, including early mornings or evenings, I help maintain the steady flow of packages that allows FedEx to meet its delivery commitments.
