During my career in the Air Force, I have received multiple letters of appreciations since the beginning of my Air Force career. As an Airman First Class, in tech school, during 2020, I commend myself for working effectively through each of the color ropes, but most importantly, the red rope. The red rope represents the "top" student supervisor (Flight/Formation Commander). He/she is selected from Yellow Ropes who show exceptional leadership qualities. The "Red Ropes" usually work directly for the Chief and Senior MTL andprovides general supervision and guidance to the other student ropes. This is the highest leadership position a student can obtain in technical school. I also received a good conduct medal, which is awarded to Air Force enlisted personnel for exemplary conduct during a three-year period of active military service. I have been described as a professional, dedicated, devoted, and amazing Airman. Along with being a good team player with a tremendous work ethic. I was coined on deployment in 2023 for my exceptional hard work in maintaining professionalism while lodging more than 150 Armed Forces. I was also coined at the Missile Feeding Facility in 2020, for my astonishing customer service and promotion of a positive, helpful, and friendly environment during family day.
