Manufacturing Suspension A-arm via Additive Manufacturing, 01/2017.

Using SOLIDWORKS created CAD model for a conventional suspension control arm. Conducted FEA and Optimized the design by changing layer thickness resulting in a change in manufacturing time, material used. Also manufactured it using maker-BOT and ABS material. 


Design and manufacture of Robotic fingers, 07/2016. 

Successfully designed and manufactured robotic fingers using 3D printing using SOLIDWORKS/NX and conducting FEA for picking up objects with varying diameter.
