With exercising, weight training, walking, dancing it keeps you moving and open to be able to try new things because you feel good. Coin collecting (pennies mostly) Going into this hobby I didn't realize I would love it so much. It makes you really pay attention and focus on the details you actually see. The smallest imperfection changes everything for instance one little dot on a coin can change the value. I have a coin microscope so I can really see what is on the coins. I added appetizers when I do get to go through my coins I need a snack so reading about a new recipe

trying it and having good movie or music playing.
