I was trained in all areas. I would cook and prep the food. I had my own serving line where I served the students and guest that came through the line. I was crossed trained on the register also. I would then clean up and sanitize properly. I also helped with truck deliveries and put stock away after inventory was taken. I also continued to work during the Covid-19 pandemic as my job is very important to me.
