Job Description:
In charge of full HR operations for the Bangladesh and Pakistan branch offices of ZARA, Bershka, Pull & Bear, Lefties, and Stradivarius brands, with direct reporting to the HR director at the Spain head office and the country head in the local office.
In charge of HR (labor relations) of a full factory of over 5,000 Bangladeshi employees and workers in the spinning mills and garments section.ts section.
Training Program Design and Delivery: Develop and implement training programs tailored to various employee levels.
Needs Assessment & Gap Analysis
Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs.
Conduct skills gap analyses to inform program development.
