- As Marine Scheduler with the company I operate Petroleum Tankers under Spot and Time Charter managing their voyages from load to discharge including delivery timing, load planning and optimization, cargo quality, freight optimization, demurrage analysis, future cargo forecasting and more.

- In the beginning, I operated our ULSD desk involving the Import/Export of cargo along the USEC, Gulf Coast and Transatlantic voyages.

- After displaying a natural strength in operations with clean products, I was handed the relatively new bulk products desk operating in conjunction with Clean Products position. Working closely alongside Sr. Chartering team, I've been directly involved in the operational streamlining and optimization of our Bulk Exports sector.

- Most recently I've acquired the Peru division within the team. One of the more demanding desks - it requires heavy communication flow and cooperation with our LatAm Team, Traders, Chartering and Product Supply to keep cargoes flowing smoothly into our Latin American Region, this role demands a non-stop outward dissemination of information.

- Additional task include: Assessing cost implications before and/or during voyages, and communicate such costs to the trading team to ensure cost optimization. Prioritize maintaining relationships with business partners whose valuable services facilitate the movement of our cargo.

- Monitor and operate the vessel's satellite based position-keeping technology allowing to sensitive drilling operations above wellheads.

- Work closely with all departments on the rig maintaining clear communication to provide realtime operational updates where needed. Successfully relay critical ops information for 5 other departments onboard both internally and externally to our shoreside offices, service providers, offshore support vessels etc.

- Demonstrated ability to multi-task by performing the duties of both a DPO and Navigational Watch Officer during a single shift.

- Efficiently track and log cargo manifests, produce and complete work orders and purchase orders in our Inventory management system.

- Operated Large Offshore Supply Vessels (OSSV's) for major oil companies under time and voyage charters.

- Produced multiple daily reports along with detailed log-keeping for real time tracking of vessel and project specific logistics.

- Maintained vessel stability through constant monitoring of ship's cargo loading conditions plus ship stability to ensure safe voyages and transit.

- Created voyage plans considering operational efficiency, fuel efficiency, along with safe passage for vessel and crew.

- Actively managed and operated with 12-15 prospective clients at a time guiding them through the processes of residential Solar PV systems

- Consulted homeowners about their specific familial/ financial goals they aim to achieve through the use of a solar PV system.

- Solar sales requires quick thinking with flexibility and problem solving. Factors such as home size, roof azimuth or orientation, power consumption, type of heating/cooling appliances etc. combine together for a unique set of needs to be met.

-Earned the trust of new residential clients to form relationships through appointments, follow up appointments, phone calls, video-chats and elbow grease.

- Successfully outsold my San Antonio sale team in my 3rd month.

- Employed as 3rd Mate on a research vessel operating in the NE United States’ wind-farm fields.

- Demonstrated skilled shiphandling skills as a Jr. Officer by completing assigned survey lines with accuracy and efficiency which is critical for useable data collection.

- Maintained company's regulatory polices onboard concerning personnel & operations while keeping vessel documentation current for client audits.

- Attended daily meetings with the client, survey team and operations team for project updates and projection reports.

- Designed and executed voyage plans for transit to various survey locations.

- As vessel safety officer I inspected and maintained all medical and fire fighting equipment onboard.
