My job as an Clinical Specialist is completing patients insurances making sure

they are currently eligible and collecting medical and ocular history and then documenting it in the electronic medical record. Making appointments and checking patients in ,taking them back for preliminary test where i explain and preform several pre-tests and ensuring a welcoming and understanding environment during the pre-test. Accurately record them to the electronic medical record , assisted the optometrist by delivering patient information after various pre-testings and also directing patients through remote pre-testing preforming specific and thorough tests also guiding them through video conference calls with remote doctors and technicians. maintaining a clean work space and wiping down machines.

My job as an personal shopper was locating and picking items around the store at a steady and quick pace, confirming the correct item and quantities are selected, if an item is not in stock i communicate with the customer and finding an substitution to their satisfaction. Also prepping and packaging orders for curbside pickup, engaging with customers with putting items in their vehicles.

My job as a cashier was processing cash, card, and check transactions to complete customer purchases, greeting customers with a positive attitude making sure they enjoyed their time going through my line, keeping up a organized and clean environment, assisted customers in locating products.
