● Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, promoting independence and dignity.

● Safely transfer and reposition residents using proper body mechanics and lifting techniques, preventing injuries and ensuring resident comfort. ● Document and maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records, including care plans, progress notes, and incident reports.

● Respond promptly to call lights, emergencies, and resident requests, demonstrating a proactive and attentive approach to resident care.

● Adhere to infection control protocols, maintaining a clean and sanitary environment in accordance with regulatory standards

• Facilitate designated group activities such as exercise, manicures, games, and bible studies to promote resident well-being.
