Self-care is essential for maintaining a balanced life and effectively managing the daily demands of social interaction. I enjoy several hobbies, including cycling, swimming, and cooking. Spending time in nature is incredibly refreshing; I truly appreciate being outdoors, as it uplifts my spirit and helps me feel centered.

I also enjoy DIY home decorations because they allow me to think creatively and come up with beautiful ideas for decorating my home without breaking the bank. To me, cooking is an art. I am from Guatemala, where we use a variety of tropical fruits, vegetables, and seafood. One of my favorite dishes is Tapado, a seafood soup that includes green plantain slices. Self-care is fundamental to carrying on a balanced life cycle to function with the daily social demands we get to participate in. Cycling, swimming, and cooking are exciting hobbies that I enjoy. Going back to nature is very refreshing, as I truly enjoy spending time in the great outdoors. Getting away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life uplifts my spirit and centers me.
