Self-care is essential for maintaining a balanced life and effectively managing the daily demands of social interaction. I enjoy several hobbies, including cycling, swimming, and cooking. Spending time in nature is incredibly refreshing; I truly appreciate being outdoors, as it uplifts my spirit and helps me feel centered.
I also enjoy DIY home decorations because they allow me to think creatively and come up with beautiful ideas for decorating my home without breaking the bank. To me, cooking is an art. I am from Guatemala, where we use a variety of tropical fruits, vegetables, and seafood. One of my favorite dishes is Tapado, a seafood soup that includes green plantain slices.
