This job contributes to Starbucks success by assisting the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts. This job requires me to deploy partners and delegate tasks so that they can create and maintain the Starbucks Experience for our customers. As a shift supervisor I am responsible for managing workflow, training new hires, executing store operations, following all cash management and cash register policies, evaluating performances and providing feedback. I also have a responsibility of creating incident reports anytime there is a disruption in our store.
Here I was responsible for providing expert advice and assistance to customers looking to improve their outdoor spaces. From selecting the right plants and gardening tools, to providing information on outdoor living products. The go-to resource for customers looking to make their outdoor spaces beautiful and functional. Maintaining the appearance and organization of the garden and outdoor living department. This includes stocking shelves, setting up displays, and keeping the department clean and organized.
