- When I started this job I was still working at Amazon as a second job. Working at the clubhouse I was a dishwasher/Prep chef. In the morning, I would go in and set up the bar with all different varieties of fruit, also making sure that the juice and coffee dispensers are stocked. Once the baseball players come in and start eating from the breakfast bar, once dirty dishes pile up, I would gather some dishes, take them to the dishwasher area and start cleaning them. The whole day would be the same except the bar in the afternoon was lunch. I would set up the salad bar with all sorts of salad ingredients like lettuce, olives, peppers, onion, etc..
