To uphold and maintain the safety, privacy, and relationship with clients. This entails, preforming daily check-ins with my coworkers and site staff, ensuring all site duties are being preformed in a safe and proper maner, and preparing detailed reports.

We maintain Safety and Security for a handful of county ran locations. My main roll as Shift Lead is to ensure all employees are conducting themselves in professional and respectful manner. The sites we secure are county ran homeless shelters, we search all residents for any weapons, drugs, or paraphernalia.

I would meet with owners of Multi Dwelling Unit apartments and conduct a survey of the property. From there, I would draft and send an installation digests to the owner for installation approval.

I would create portfolios for clients in Salesforce tracking sales agreements, set up survey appointments with building owners, and dispatch sales specialists to different parts of the bay area.

Drive Sonic's business by take incoming calls from potential customers that are looking for an ISP. I diligently walk customers through Sonic's products and policy's. Respond to emails from current/potential customers that are seeking information or an inquiry. Attend meetings/workshops to gain insight and knowledge about new products and methods.

I cooked, made pizzas, and ensure all employees are on task and working to there full potential. At the end of the night I would sanitize and deep clean the Cook & Pizza section, then inspect the rest of the crews clean-ups at the other sections. I count the tills, settle Credit Cards, and close our deposit. Resolved all customer issues efficiently and enhanced customer satisfaction.

Car/Foot patrol of different sites, ensuring that no transient or unauthorized personal were on site. Completing a full perimeter check and lock-up. I would write a detailed report after every site was visited. I Performed searches of people, vehicles, buildings and large outdoor areas to maintain safety, identify hazards and detect criminal activities.

Foot patrol of interior and exterior areas of assigned locations. Write detailed narrative reports; maintain daily activity reports (DARS). Check for unsafe conditions, hazards, security violations, and unauthorized persons.

I would showcase spas and demonstrate specific features, create spa leads/inquiry's, and preform basic cleaning of the store. Communicating with Store/Assistant manager regarding order status. Assists with customer service issues, customer requests.
