I was accountable for heading up the cable repair department all cable that was returned from a number of high-profile shows would be checked in to cable repair to ensure that the cable was still in good working condition. I would delegate assignments to my staff to either meet a demand that needed to be met by PRG which would require us to manufacture cables by hand when a large order needed to be filled. Furthermore, I would assist in managing the companies inventory to ensure that all power cables were being maximized and accounted for. I lowered their expenses by 7% and maximized their use out of all power cables by 21%.
