I started working when I was young with my dad at his own company, Dunn Right Construction. I learned a lot doing that, I learned the value of hard work, and being willing to try something new and the great value of problem solving. There were so many different projects and it was never the same thing, from framing, concrete, roofing, designing, demolition, finish work, and some electrical. I wanted to continue to work and grow and develop so I took another job at Zubs, I learned how to adapt fast and how to work with a crew to accomplish a goal and have high love and high expectations. I also learned about balance by working both jobs and going to school. After high school I went on a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I learned a lot about discipline and to help and lift others, and to prioritize. I returned in October of this year where I started at Impact Home Repairs, there I have continued to grow in skills and problem solving. Some days I'm helping on a farm as well and have learned more about upkeep and have practiced the ability to learn quickly.
