Summary

Served seven years in the United States Navy as a System Administrator for the first three years. During that time closed out more than ten thousand tickets ranging from unlocking accounts, permissions, hardware, software, and network trouble. Also was the EKMS Program Manager in which I was in charge of more than five thousand line items in which nothing was missing during that time frame. Last three years I severed as a Project Manager in which I was in charge of making sure over fifteen different sites were built. I managed fifty personnel with a combined budget of around twelve million dollars. I thrive under pressure and adapting to new situations and challenges to best enhance the customers experience.
