Tracking includes making sure that medical documentation is reviewed, and confidentiality is maintained in all stages. Tracking also includes detailed time management to communicate necessary deadlines for any documentation needed to move the process forward.
  • Use strong and concise verbal and written language to advocate for team members to third party tracking vendors and to provide feedback to team members regarding their documentation. Act as a subject matter expert to provide guidance on policies and process related to eligibility and correct use of FMLA, ADA, USERRA and other policies.
