UC Davis Graduate
Participated in a successful UC Davis undergraduate laboratory study that observed the effects of high level fat supplementation in ruminant sheep's. The study was a 8 week long experiment that required personal time and willingness to participate. Completing the study was challenging physically and mentally exhausting due to consistent dedication to the study. However once the study was completed it was rewarding. This lab opportunity was a great way to gain knowledge and experience working with production animals and the importance of animal welfare.
UC Davis Vet Aide Club is a pre-vet undergraduate club that focuses on teaching necessary skills required for the veterinary field. UCD VAC provides useful resources targeted to help aspiring pre-vet students find possible opportunities to work with animals. Ultimately providing new knowledge and experience in regards to animal health and veterinary medicine.
UC David Pre-Vet Students Supporting Diversity s a club designed to support students from underrepresented/disadvantaged communities pursuing careers in the field of veterinary medicine by providing resources that will enhance their preparation to veterinary school.
