Jared Morales

During my time at H-E-B I have developed multiple skills including productive teamwork and efficient communication skills. While working retail I learned to multi-task while maintaining a fast and effective pace when problem solving and also dealing with customers and helping out my coworkers. As I progressed positions and became a dairy stocker I gained an understanding of what it takes to fulfill orders to specifications in a timely fashion using label reading and attention to detail skills. It is highly important to maintain a safe work environment and adhere to safety protocols which include keeping a clean work area and moving heavy items correctly using proper lifting techniques. In my current position as a dairy stocker I am responsible for making sure items are in stock at all times and that our customers needs are met while shopping. I consider myself a goal oriented quick learner and I like to take pride in my work. I am a bilingual speaker and writer in both the Spanish and English language. I believe getting along and working as a team creates a healthy work environment. I look forward to joining this new field of work and being able to reach my goals not only professionally but also personally.
