During my time at Thumb Tool I've operated multiple machines. The Keyway Mill in the milling department is one of these machines. The responsibilities for this machine are understanding and learning how to read assigned prints for tooling. Also learning the general knowledge of the machine controller and inspecting and measuring the toolings ibolt and keyway all while keeping the machine maintenance up to date at a minimum downtime. I have also learned how to run multiple lathes, in the lathe department. This includes the responsibilities of programming assigned print to tooling, calibrating and measuring tooling to meet tolerance dimensions, whilst keeping the machine maintenance up to date at a minimum downtime. I have also been able to train many new hires on how to run a lathe, and have also discussed interest in wanting to improve my position with my supervisor and have been given more responsibility to learn how to keep production moving in a timely manner.

Included but not limited to, cleaning interior and exterior of customer vehicles and companies rental cars while paying close attention to detail. Also cross training as a body mechanic which included disassembling vehicles, inspecting vehicles for damage, providing needed maintenance or repair, all while ensuring the safety of the vehicles before returned to customer after reassembling.

Included but not limited to, cleaning interiors and exteriors of vehicles, operating washing equipment, and maintaining the car wash facility.
