• Designed, developed, and tested expansions to our software that monitors IP Telephony systems such as Avaya (Aura, System Manager, Communication Manager), Cisco, Acme SBC.
• Identified, diagnosed, triage, and fixed numerous issues pertaining to core code base.

• Created Repository Definition file using XML for data anywhere architecture.
• Maintain code base for Customer Service, store locations, and store management of Furniture Row.
• Created database, PHP code for employment section of Furniture Row shipping/delivery.
• Created automation code for Email Subscription/Unsubscribe using IEM XML API.
• Created XML file of Furniture Row store locations for use by GoogleMaps v2.
• Wrote javascript code to hook into GoogleMaps API for Furniture Row store locations.
• Wrote code to iterate through products recursively, create a .csv file for use by Amazon.com for selling products.
