Use a stand up lift to pick customer orders . Pick and stack it neatly and take it to the consolidated areas to build a pallet. After banding, wrapping or sorting the pallet, the next step is to stage the pallet in an effective way that’ll be productive and efficient, to not block other pallets that will be needed to be loaded. Work in very hot/ cold temperatures, View prompts on screen and follow direction for some tasks. Use proper ppe and ensure safety at all times. Work with other associates to get the orders done. Do customer audits and make sure orders are correct with the addresses and amounts of each type of sku. Do customer rescues which is going to the customers house and solving any issue they had with the product, load or unload, work on store orders, housekeeping, use an rf scanner to complete tasks.
Got some recognition multiple times from peers and managers for safety, helping others, and efficiency. Many times when there was a lot of work that needed to be done on the customer side, the supervisors would count on me to catch them up on store orders, while they had everyone else focused on the customer orders and by the time they caught up, I was able to get them ahead of schedule by being able to do up to 11 store orders during my shift.

Install ceiling grid, ceiling tile, acoustic panels, insulation, hang lights up, air vents. Work as a team as a laborer under the supervision of a foreman to finish projects in commercial building in a timely and professional manner that meets OSHA requirements and delivers the best quality service possible. Lift heavy objects or equipment constantly up to 100 lbs or more Use ppe such as a hard hat, safety vest , glasses and gloves. Communicate with the site superintendent and Cooperate with workers of other trades to find the best solutions to get the project done without delaying anyone and ensuring safety. Use certain power tools such as a drill, rotary hammer, wire gun, saw, tape measure , impact driver , requires the use of stilts most of the time, housekeeping , reading blueprints , doing deliveries for material to different sites, unloading and loading the product, and doing demolition.
While being a laborer I was able to work with the foreman by going the extra mile and taking the opportunity to do things that I could help with despite being limited by tools. Many times I would install ceiling tile myself by grabbing a ladder or a scaffold and help fill as much as I can while simultaneously helping the foreman with whatever he needed. I also took the time to learn new skills to be able to do more such as using stilts. This resulted in us finishing ahead of schedule many times.
