Ruse is originally from Philadelphia but has developed his agency over the past 10 years in Brooklyn, NY but has recently moved to Dallas, TX.
Ruse has years of high-level experience in a plethora of industries including but not limited to: music, sports, fashion, food, products, and television.
In 2016 Ruse was fortunate to win his first Emmy award for Directing and Producing an on-air campaign for 'The NY Mets & The Yankees'. The following year in 2017 he did another campaign and once again won an Emmy- but this time bringing home a 'Promax Gold' award as well.
In 2021 Ruse became the creative director for the popular NY restaurant and brand, 'Sweet Chick'.
In 2022 Ruse went on to also become the official Creative Director of 'Mike's Hot Honey'. When Ruse joined MHH their company was valued at 20 million dollars and just one year later MHH is now valued at 40 million dollars- largely due to improved creative.
Ruse continues to direct/produce numerous commercials every year, has begun to hire staff for his budding agency, and looks to find a new place for him to plant his feet as Creative Director.

When I began Mike's Hot Honey was a household name but it was valued at 20 million dollars- when I left a year later it was valued at 40 million dollars which was greatly influenced by improved creative direction.
As the creative director I made all high-level creative decisions; I was in charge first and foremost in creating all design, film, 3D, and merchandise assets.
I also oversaw the creation of creative assets from outside vendors and my large database of creatives that I have built over the years spanning every industry.
I also oversaw a very large collaboration between MHH and UTZ potato chips that led to a huge increase in revenue.

I was lead creative on various collaborations and directed multiple commercials.
I worked as a senior video editor for Showtime Sports and Showtime Boxing.
I was responsible for leading teams, editing TV shows, commercials, trailers, and more.
Projects ranged from creating entire episodes of 'Showtime All Access' to creating an entirely 3D title sequence for one of Showtimes biggest documentary movies that year.
While in college I worked as a video editor and was responsible for cutting theatrical movie trailers as well as DVD release movie trailers.
