  • I ran the Hazardous materials shop several different times through my career in different units, I designed and implemented Hazardous material handling programs and conducted training on them.
  • I was in charge of ordering materials to ensure safe and uninterrupted work of the Hazardous materials shop and the Airframes shop at different intervals through my career.
  • I utilized explicitly designed software for the ordering processes and ensured prompt and accurate delivery of materials.
  • Built and maintained environmental programs for helicopter squadrons and the individual shops within them, managed the hazardous waste programs and conducted inspections on other units and shops within the flight line.
  • Completed the 40-hour hazwoper for the military and the hazcom military standard for California.
  • Managed no less than 5 and no more than 40 Marines at any given time during those nine years including setting up and running the hazardous materials shop in several different commands.
