  • Looked for ways to go above and beyond job requirements. I learned how to operate the cooking range, cooking fresh poultry and steak, as well as prep. Always trying to be prepared to take over any position that might need filled in order to keep daily operations running smooth.
  • Given the "scratch kitchen" like nature, I would sometimes need to work through a series of different stations based on team needs. Going from the prep station in the mornings, to the grill during shift change, and the line in-between. All while making sure to follow proper protocol, in-order to ensure zero cross contamination.
