I am accountable for three major functions within NTT Americas which includes P&L ownership, forecasting, budgeting, planning, capabilities evaluation, enhancements, and execution.
Portfolio Lifecycle – This function is accountable for developing capabilities and services to meet our clients and market needs and continuously improve them based on the rapid rate of improvements in technology capabilities. It owns the overall development of the offer, builds all required internal and external collateral, defines the delivery model and supporting technology architecture and determines the cost point of the solutions.
Services Platform R&D and Operations – This function owns the cloud native shared services platform that delivers services to our clients. It includes the security and architecture ownership of the platform and R&D enhancements to its capabilities. Its also accountable for meeting our compliance requirements and performing the operational support of the platform.
Technical Service Leads – This team provides analysis and recommendations to our clients based on the data that they are seeing from the platforms and client systems. Their skills span multiple technology domains, and they ensure that our client have expert analysis of their systems and its data in order to make data driven decisions as it relates to their strategy.

As the Managing Enterprise Architect, I am responsible and accountable for managing the team of Enterprise Architect business solution consulting specialists. My responsibilities in this role include, setting and measuring team performance goals, managing team budgets for projects and expenses, defining strategic direction for the team and for their serviced clients, reviewing and approving client facing solution proposals and managing the delivery of those proposals to ensure alignment to the project budget, mentoring and coaching other consultants and serving as a leading advisor and decision maker in internal and external settings. I also advise executive leadership as the senior expert in the NTT Americas organization on technology and digital transformational services.
Strategy and Enterprise Architecture
Led development efforts to build repeatable and bespoke consulting offerings to address client problems with technology and process improvements. I was responsible for product management and development of Strategy and Enterprise Architecture engagements for the business.
Technology Architecture
I was the Middle East and Africa consulting and management lead for Unified Communications and Collaboration and Enterprise Mobility, meaning I own and manage the practice development, go-to-market strategy and perform lead management duties on central consulting engagements in these areas. I managed the Technology Architecture consultants in the region as well as provide strategic leadership and direction to the technology deployment teams across out lines of business, I also had to manage the tracking of technology and services revenue pull-through to our technology businesses over a three-year period.
Business and Practice Development
I was second in charge of the General Manager for consulting services in the Middle East and Africa business and regularly stand in for him as proxy. I was involved in all interviews for prospective consultants in the team and I was leading a project which objective is to build a service catalogue and offerings for consulting services to support our core technology business
