I have been starting, growing and managing businesses for the last 15 years. I am now looking for a Director or Vice President role in a company that would like to broaden and expand their business to areas they are unfamiliar with. I have experience mainly in the legal industry, both mass torts and single events, the finance industry, insurance, healthcare and CPG industry. The last 7 years I have mainly focused on the legal industry specifically, running nearly over $50,000,000 worth of advertising to firms around the country. In total, I have personally managed over $100,000,000 in marketing budgets for a variety of verticals over the years. While consulting for companies, I never had any lapse between clients, and always still managed to attend every major industry relevant conference. I am currently certified in Google, Meta and Bing and numerous other web platforms.

- $1,000,000 average monthly on Google, Bing, Meta and Tiktok with MoM 50-60% return, while reducing acquisition costs by 30%

- Focused on inbound calls and web leads, generating over 10,000 leads and 50,000 inbound calls per month, mainly for law firms. I noticed that we were getting much better returns for our clients by focusing on calls over web leads. I ended up helping open our own internal call center where we began to close our own leads

- Industries included Legal (70%), Travel, Real Estate, Finance, Addiction Recovery and more

  • Management:

- Managed 5 account managers in house and remotely, each delegating weekly budgets and tasks

- Set budgets and monitored KPI’s, with weekly reporting to the clients, sometimes daily

- Managed the entire launch of the campaign: landing page design, ad creative, and day to day optimization of the campaign

  • Sales:

- I was the lead on pitching new projects/campaigns to each client. This included making pitch decks as well as using our previous data

- Followed up weekly with stats, how the campaign(s) were going, and how we could increase spend on a month to month basis

- I generated over $5,000,000 in new sales for the company in 6 months

- I was brought on to build out the Google division of X Social Media, as only Facebook traffic was being published, with over $100,000,000 in yearly revenue

  • $2,000,000 on Google Search and Display with MoM 40-50% return with a 75% increase in customer retention rate MoM

- Expanded into additional platforms including Taboola, Outbrain, Tiktok and RevContent which brought in additional revenue over $1,000,000 a month and expanded KPIs

- 95% of the traffic was Mass Torts and Single Event cases

  • Management:

- Interviewed, hired, trained and managed a team of 10 in house and remotely

- Worked closely with each client to initially setup their funnel based on campaign goals, and then pass the day to day onto the account executive

- Implemented a feedback loop where we tracked leads into sales and signed cases. This allowed us to optimize campaigns based on closed numbers in real time, lowering the CPA and closing deals faster.

- Opened in Fort Lauderdale, Florida by myself in 2014 as a digital marketing firm focusing on affiliate marketing

  • Slowly transformed into a full service agency taking over 200 clients and products

- L11 Group eventually offered services from campaign build outs, media management, webinar management, creative design and full on product design

- We eventually built out our own call center in South Florida so that we could track leads at a more precise level, allowing our clients to see a higher ROI on their ad spend

  • Sales:

- Before being bought out, L11 did $25,000,000 with a team as large as 30 people

- L11 Group never saw a month where our profits decreased, increasing over 25% MoM

- 50% of our traffic was from Google, 30% was from Meta and 20% was from other advertising platforms

  • Growth:

- L11 Group valued hiring employees who showed their value and always saw upward growth through management

- We built out proprietary tracking, email and lead management systems, which I was able to bring to future ventures I was hired for to this day

- L11 was one of the fastest growing companies in South East Florida in 2015

  • Management:

- I managed the entire performance marketing division, which included our affiliate network CPA Cafe with over 1000 affiliates

- I set up employee bonus plans for our managers and sales teams which was not previously done and saw a tremendous growth in positive attitude across the board

- I personally led and put down the framework for numerous new projects and divisions with DMI Partners and CPA Cafe during my time there. These included an Ad Network, proprietary campaigns, an internal call center and more

- I lead the partnership with Comcast

- I was brought on by CPX Interactive to grow out their new division, Affiture, their affiliate network. Prior to this CPX’s only revenue was on a CPM level.

  • Business Development:

- Part of my role was to go out and recruit new affiliates to drive traffic to our offers, as well as bring on advertisers with their own proprietary campaigns.

- Within 6 months I grew the new division to 750 affiliates and 150 new advertisers producing nearly $10,000,000

  • Management:

- I spearheaded the communication between the business development team and our affiliates and advertisers ensuring everyone was achieving the ROI they were aiming for, and all accounting procedures were in order
