Upon employment at Green Tanner, I was put in charge of starting up a new industrial division. I began by using what I already knew to create rules, policies, and plans for how things should work. I also built a team and made sure projects ran smoothly in the industrial sector.
Later on, I became a Regional Manager. My job then was to organize commercial projects. I set up clear rules and ways of doing things to keep track of money, kept good relationships with clients, and made sure we stayed profitable.
I Have since wnt back to my role as VP of industrial.
I've been working in this field for about 20 years, and considered a 5th generation Minor.
