• Conduct in-depth investigations into packaging issues across the warehouse, including incorrect box usage, damaged containers, mislabeling, and misrouted shipments, ensuring fast and accurate resolution.
• Utilize tools such as AFT, FC Console, and defect tracking systems to analyze data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of systemic issues.
• Perform real-time quality audits on packaging processes, collaborating with Pick, Pack, and Ship Dock departments to drive end-to-end improvements.

• Rigged, lifted, moved, and positioned heavy ship components, machinery, and structural assemblies using cranes, chain hoists, and other lifting equipment in accordance with engineering specifications and load charts.
• Interpreted blueprints, lifting plans, and load configurations to determine appropriate rigging methods, ensuring safe and efficient handling of materials.
• Installed and inspected rigging gear such as slings, shackles, turnbuckles, spreader bars, and lifting beams prior to use, ensuring compliance with OSHA and shipyard safety standards.
• Collaborated closely with crane operators, signalers, and structural fitters to coordinate complex lifts and ensure safe and precise equipment placement.
