The Accommodations Coordinator's primary responsibilities are to ensure rental facilities are well- prepared and set up for guest groups and their requests. This may include:
- Inspecting the buildings, grounds, facilities, and activity equipment.
- Handling necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Installing equipment and appliances.
- Keeping and delegating a work orders log and coordinating with Housekeeping staff.
- Filing capital project reports to the Maintenance Manager or Executive Director.
- Loading and unloading equipment and tools into work vehicles if needed.
- Operating equipment, including tractors/vehicles, power tools, hand tools, electric tools, and plumbing tools.
- Oversee and train Recreational Staff to setup, maintain, and safely run all Highropes elements.
