Jarod Lemoine

I am the CEO of Avoyelles Crawfish. We distribute crawfish to four different states, that include Louisiana, Arkansas, Alabama, and Mississippi. This includes live crawfish and processed crawfish tails that are sold to various different supermarkets. My largest corporations include Associated Wholesale Grocers, Rouses, and Piggly Wiggly.

I was born and raised on a farm and my farming experience began as a young boy. As an adult I have farmed rice, soy beans, cotton, corn, and crawfish. Farming has always been a part of my life.

I was in charge of scheduling with the farmers for different aerial applications like fertilizer and chemicals. I was also in charge of daily operations, and customer service/relations. I also had to maintain and oversee the log books for the aircraft to maintain FAA regulations.
