I'm currently in training at the Western Colorado Law Enforcement Academy to become a police officer for the Montrose Police Department.

As a construction Forman I ran the daily operations of a small crew, building primarily steel storage buildings and concrete driveways. I also delegated assignments based on plans, project needs, and knowledge of individual team members. I verified and submitted team timesheets.

• Kept sites clean and organized to decrease accidents and increase overall productivity.
• Contributed to successful project completion by collaborating with team members on various tasks.
• Loaded, unloaded, and moved material to and from storage and production areas.
