As a journeyman level welder/fabricator, installing and repairing articles and equipment of ferrous and non-ferrous metals with in the orange county jail systems using all welding process such as (SMAW) (FCAW) (GTAW) (GMAW).

• fabricating such items as cabinets ,carts, trays, hoods, ducts, sinks, and other equipment from sheet metal and stainless.
• perform oxyacetylene, electric arc and heliarc welding and cutting, also using braze and silver solder joints on pipeing and tubing, welding cast repairs for pumps and gate repairs as well.
• Sanitary stainless welding and repair broken structures inside the kitchens and medical equipment inside the jail facilities.

Responsible for providing the guidance necessary to develop and sustain a program that prepares students with academic competencies such as essential to success in welding, Plan, guide, and evaluate the learning process.

• Equip students with skills in welding trades and prep for welding certification test.
• Instruct and train welders to meet specifications for welding
• Provide welding technical support and assist management with making appropriate strategic decisions
• Actively engage in promoting workplace health and safety related areas
• Teach a broad range of Welding and Welding technology courses
• Plan and deliver curriculum based upon the established standards for the program
• Maintain control and inventory of classroom equipment, instructional materials, and supplies

Fabricate custom metal work for various custom builds. Great deal of knowledge using sheet metal fabrication tools such as hammers & dollies, shrinker stretchers, power hammers and other various air tools and saws.

Fabricate custom chassis builds and components from detailed precision drawings for assembly, proper fitment includes welding and finishing.

Create design and fabricate high-end stainless hedders & exhaust systems for show car builds. Ensuring high quality standards to proper fitment using tig welding process for show finish.

• Former lead welder and shop supervisor for a heavy to light fabrication job shop. Responsible for welding high-end parts and structures with precision welding using all welding processes such as (Tig-Mig & Stick welding). Building and fabricating structures and parts off blue prints using precision measuring tool & fabricating fixtures for production parts.

Lead R&D welding fabricator for Hedman Hedders. Fabricate all hedder jig and cut fixtures and metal components and precision measuring equipment. Capable of reading and interpreting blue prints, drawings and diagrams and cad drawings to determine specific welding requirements for GTAW and GMAW welding process.

As Lead Welder I consulted and coordinated welding projects with internal and external personnel on all welding fabrication work with Hedman Performance Group brands Trans-Dapt, Hamburgers, Hedman Hussler Hedders working on collaboration of high performance racing component’s which include custom exhaust systems, engine mounts, hedders and LS engine swaps to client vehicles and NHRA top fuel dragster hedders. Strong diagnostic skills background in automotive, motorcycle high performance products.

Create and construct professional displays to showcase custom build projects of Hedman Hedders products and services for SEMA Las Vegas shows. (Pictures of my completion of Bigfoot Project can be viewed on Hedman Hedders Instagram).
