  • Uses the 5E model to develop and implement meaningful lesson plans focused on curiosity and discovery aligned with state benchmarks and assessment specifications for Science.
  • Collaborates with school in establishing a positive classroom environment encouraging student participation and collaboration through PBIS and Restorative practices programs.
  • Monitors student progress while mentoring other teachers to provide timely feedback for enhanced learning outcomes.
  • Review state (F.A.S.T) & county assessments with grade level and department PLC's to reflect on progress and areas of improvement highlighted.
  • Collaborates with grade level PLC's to integrate interdisciplinary approaches into the curriculum including an emphasis on ELA strategies such as Reciprocal Teaching, Text Annotation, Chunking and BAV into Science and Social Studies contents.
