I am a strategic, self-directed community engagement leader with over a decade of experience designing, scaling, and managing youth- and people-centered initiatives across the nonprofit, education, government, and philanthropic sectors. Shaped by a legacy of resilience, I’ve transformed survival into strategy leading work that is both deeply rooted in lived experience and grounded in systems-level leadership.
With a proven track record in developing impactful programs, building cross-sector partnerships, and advancing racial and educational equity, I bring a results-oriented, creative approach to solving complex social challenges. My work elevates the brilliance and leadership of Black, Brown, and historically underserved communities by fostering trust, transforming institutional cultures, and amplifying community-driven solutions.
Whether leading strategic planning cohorts, mentoring young leaders, or supporting nonprofits to build sustainable infrastructure, I move with purpose, humility, and a deep commitment to justice, healing, and collective power.
Lead and coordinate AMPT’s suite of capacity-building programs for BIPOC-led nonprofits across Chicago, empowering over 50 grassroots organizations with tools to scale their impact and sustainability.
