  • Joined Hana Group to drive change management in order to maximize like-for-like (LFL) sales and EBITDA.
  • Responsible for 240 kiosks in Whole Foods Markets, 49 franchise kiosks, 4 regional directors, and 2 support managers, equating to $120M in sales in Year 1 and $144M in Year 2.
  • Reviewed SGA spending and reduced the total number of area managers through turnover, while increasing the span of control by creating BI dashboards, which allow the teams to pinpoint kiosks of concern through data.
  • Changed the mindset of the team from hospitality to more retail with visibility to more metrics; LFL, labor $’s and %, CM%, waste levels, both macro and micro performances and overall understanding of the PnL
  • Managed the opening of five central kitchens, from securing the site to hiring, training, and adhering to the capex budget.
  • Diversified the retail portfolio by opening kiosks in 70 Sam’s Clubs, 3 BJ’s, 1 Plum Market, and 13 Fox Trots, and just recently successfully launched at Walmart 4108.
