I would like to let whoever know that reads this i am more than ready to make a positive efficient impact wherever they need fit! Whoever is willing to give me a chance to prove i have what it takes to excell in their company wont regret bringing me on board. Im a Dynamic crew leader with a proven track record in team supervision and safety protocol adherence. Expertise in coordinating activities, resolving issues promptly, and enhancing customer service. Committed to delivering exceptional results through effective communication. I have experience driving all types of size vehicles and using hand tools. Im great with talking to people and solving problems not to mention i am very educated and never stop trying my hardest to out do my last best.
During this job i was given more authority. This allowed me to become in charge of employees whenever we are on a job, or working inside the warehouse. Im very thorough and respectful when it comes to being verbal about things so explaining or guiding crew members in the right direction to do things was not difficult for me. I didn't jus tell them what to do but i lead by example and showed them by my work ethic. 30-40hrs/week $17.00hr hours vary based on jobs and warehouse work is available and tips are acceptable
This job required a lot of responsibility and honesty from me because their werent any cameras inside of the cab or gps connected to the delivery trucks. When i first started here i moved between the warehouse and driving to make deliveries but in order to make drops at the schools i had to acquire my school contractor badge. This allowed to go to any school campus and do work, same as certain private locations that i have made deliveries to. I worked here for over two years it has treated me well. 40hrs/week pay 120 a day with commission based incentives depending on route sale deliveries.
At this occupation it opened me up more to being more comfortable with speaking to people and being more verbal when it comes to helping. It was my job to greet customers with respect and help them to best of my ability, while introducing them to store upgrades and features to get things inside the store to help them shop easier. Even though i was only here for less than a year i helped with other jobs around the store because of how smart i was with learning and multitasking. In the Tire bay, Liquor store, customer service, Freezer, Shelf stocking and cleaning. One good deed i would like to add is some of the elderly customers loved when i would help them with their heavier items to their vehicle because we also had a position for carts, and i would be called off my walkie-talkie for my strength. Cool place to work, but i wanted to be part time to pick up another job because of the hours. They didn't like this idea because of the impact i left on the work environment. 25-30hr/weeks $15.00hr
This job wasn't the most consistent but it taught me a lot about myself and it sharpened my skills and knowledge on how to use hand tools and become a perfectionist. I've never built things besides when i worked for At&t and that was building fiber optic communication lines and fiber boxes. Home remodeling it actually required a craftsmanship skill to be activated within me to create or critique home structures, floors, cabinets and much more. I use to help and build whole bathrooms from scratch and gut the floors for preparation on laying tile or vinyl floors and wood. I even built cabinets from shipment and used levels to place them correctly in kitchens and areas needed. Clients were so pleased with our work and recommendations were endless but my boss was getting older and couldn't continue to work how he used to. Unfortunately i came at a time where he was making a transition to potentially sell the business. 25-40hr/week $16.00hr
I loved this job if it was up to me i would still be here but this job wasn't permanent for the term it was temporary for a lot of the new hires. Experiencing this job made me into more of a man because of the responsibility that came with it and the work that it consisted of was very complex. The paid training required me to go to Miami area to do courses and complete classes on being a technician for At&t and they gave me Per diem for me to stay during the week and for food to eat. After i completed the training that definitely challenged me and some of the men in the class we were ready and full of knowledge. I learned so many things between gaffing a pole to get to the hardware and fiber or properly using a bucket truck to complete task. Great atmosphere to be in and good people to work with, very hard to get in though. 40hr/weeks $20.00hr
I played football when i was growing up and i was always team captain. After i graduated and had my Son i stopped playing for a while and i started work right away even with having college offers. Fast forward to 2024 i started training really hard and i joined the semi pro football league and had over 1,100 yards rushing and receiving. This gave me a chance at a professional combine for American football in league known as the UFL.
