• Assisting QA/QC Sr. Engineer in Preparation of project specific Procedures, Work Instructions and Inspection Test Plans and issue as per the Quality System Procedures.
• Conduct internal audits and preparation of Audit reports.
• Maintain and update Monitoring Measuring Equipment data and calibrations.
• Implementation and monitoring of Quality System Procedure as per IMS.
• Raise NCR (Non-Conformance) where warranted on Process / Product Non-Conformances.
• Liaise with the Discipline Construction Engineers in case of Non-Conformance and ensure Corrective / Preventive Actions are taken.
• Carry out Inspections pertaining to Subcontractor’s activities.
• Monitor Sub-Contractor’s Performance for compliance with Quality requirements.
• Carry out Inspection as per approved PQP / QC Plans, ITP and Contract Requirements.
• Brazing procedure qualification and Brazer qualification.
• Ensure & Monitor construction is as per AFC Drawings (G.A. Drawings, P& ID, PFD, Isometric and Weld Map).
• Preparation of WPS, Welder certificates, welder cards, Conducting PQR / Welder Qualification test.
• Witnessing GRE Laminator training qualifications.
• Conducting HDPE butt fusion procedure qualification.
• Verifying & carrying out Calibration of all projects Measuring and Monitoring Devices, Welding Machines, Welding consumables, Electrode baking ovens etc.
• Incoming Material Inspection and Identification.
• Ensure and review of Material Test Certificates as per project requirements and / or Client specification for Procured Materials. Quantity Check with BOM / Packing List.
• Routine surveillance & monitoring of site activity, Welding Visual Inspection, Verify Weld Production Reports and Review of NDT Reports as per requirements.
• Request for NDT, Receive and Review of NDT Reports as per requirements.
• Preparation of Weekly & monthly reports for Weld production, NDT Completion, Welder Performance and Repair rates for pipeline, flowline, piping & structural works.
• Preparation of TEST PACKS prior to the Pressure Test and witnessing Hydrotest and Pneumatic test.
• Raise RFI (Request for Inspection) to Client Inspection as per the Approved ITP.
• Co-ordination for TPI / Client Inspection.
• Issue NCR / Field observation report to the construction department if it is required.
• Conducting/Organizing Factory acceptance tests (FAT) of major Mechanical, HVAC, Firefighting & E& I Equipment.
• Preparation of weekly and monthly QMS reports & Compilation and Submission of Project Dossier.
