I became the one and only lead in this position which successfully turned into a three man team. Our team worked with every position and team member to rewrite production start-ups, eliminate down time, document and solve ALL safety issues, implement rigid safety standards, Our three man team issued a SOP manual for every machine from start-up, shut down, cleaning, and maintenance procedures. Our team also wrote and edited our Safety and good house keeping manual.
