Inter Departmental Racking Audit Revamp

Associated with IKEA Etobicoke

• Etobicoke Unit: Worked closely with BRCM to develop a training model that encouraged all co-worker’s of the Business Risk & Compliance to take part of the weekly racking audit (life safety). Co-Workers were trained 1-on-1 over a period of 6 weeks to learn the audit. Project was completed throughly and seamless. Concluded with the team learning the audit and connecting amongst themselves to go do the audit together or alone. This project allowed Etobicoke to be the only Retail unit outside of CDC/DC IKEA Canada, Specifically the Greater Toronto Area BRC Teams that conducts the audit as a team instead of a split amongst a sole or two co-workers.

Guard Post Rotation

• Helped Implement a Rotation Schedule for Day-To-Day Guard Posts at ADESA Toronto. Whereas Previously, Guards would stay at same post everyday and Decide amongst themselves where to be. Worked with Security Management and Upper-Management to decide a Equal schedule, that would help show where guards are posted everyday and what time they are rotating. The System was accepted widely and praised by many.
