Roadmap & Planning

• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on impact, feasibility, and business value.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to plan sprints and releases.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Serve as the central point of contact between engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support.
• Facilitate communication to ensure alignment and smooth execution of the product development cycle.

Performance Tracking

• Use analytics tools (e.g., Sales Report Tool) to guide product decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Project Oversight

• Collaborated with project managers and field teams during planning and execution phases.
• Oversee the installation process to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Provided on-site or remote support during critical or complex installations.

Documentation & Standards

• Develop and maintain installation manuals, technical documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure all documentation aligns with regulatory, safety, and quality standard operating procedures.

Technical Guidance

• Serve as the primary expert on installation procedures, tools, and standards.
• Interpret engineering designs, technical drawings, and blueprints to advise on proper installation techniques.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with engineering, operations, logistics, and customer service teams.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide technical assistance to users on hardware, software, and network issues.
• Diagnose and resolve system errors, connectivity problems, and performance issues.

System Installation & Maintenance

• Set up and configure new computer systems, servers, and network equipment.
• Install and update operating systems, software, and security patches.
• Maintain system performance through routine monitoring and maintenance tasks.

Network Management

• Configure, maintain, and monitor local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and VPNs. (Whatsup Gold & Aruba Networks)
• Manage network security protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
• Ensure stable network connectivity and optimize network performance.
